MultiControlAI is an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) supported control and gateway module developed for Interroll's 24V DC RollerDrives. This unit directly controls the motors in the conveyor zones while simultaneously communicating with high-level PLC systems via industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP or PROFINET. Its AI features continuously analyze system dynamics to automatically optimize flow, enable predictive maintenance by forecasting faults, and maximize energy efficiency. Its compact structure allows for easy mounting inside the conveyor frame.
