IPF ELECTRONIC SL200100 FLOW SENSOR

  • Cooling System Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of critical coolant flow in industrial machines, welding guns, or molds and detection of flow interruption.

  • Pump Dry Running Protection: Preventing dry running that causes pump damage by checking for presence of liquid or gas flow.

  • Ventilation Systems: Monitoring airflow speed in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems or industrial exhaust ventilation.

  • Gas Flow Monitoring: Measuring gas flow velocity in industrial gas lines and maintaining a specific flow range.

IPF ELECTRONIC SL200100 FLOW SENSOR is a sensor operating based on calorimetric principle. probe is heated up a few degrees Celsius relative to flow medium (liquid or gas) passing through it; when medium flows, it dissipates heat from sensor. This change in heat dissipation is used to determine flow velocity. This sensor can detect speeds between 0.5 m/s and 15 m/s and provides a simple, reliable PNP switching output. It typically has brass housing and comes with cable connection.
