The Baumer ITD40A4Y1 series is an incremental encoder with a blind hollow shaft design. It uses an optical sensing method and offers up to 2048 pulses per revolution. With IP65 protection, it is suitable for industrial environments. The housing is aluminum, and the shaft is stainless steel.
