The AX5206 is a dual-channel digital compact servo drive from Beckhoff’s AX5000 series. It provides high-performance integration with PC-based control systems via EtherCAT. The unit includes an integrated power supply, EMC filter, and DC link capacitors in a compact design. Two independent channels allow different motor types (synchronous, asynchronous, linear, torque motors) to be operated on the same device. The multi-feedback interface supports common standards such as SinCos, resolver, EnDat, Hiperface, and BiSS. The AX-Bridge system enables quick and easy multi-axis connections. Optional AX58xx modules provide integrated safety functions (STO, TwinSAFE).
