The DEMAG CASAR SUPERPLAST 8 steel rope offers a very high breaking load and good resistance against drum crushing. It is used in multiple part reeving for smaller lifting heights and in twin hoist systems for greater lifting heights.

This steel rope is made of compacted outer strands and features a plastic layer between the steel core and the outer strands, providing high structural stability. It prevents internal rope destruction and protects the core from corrosive environments.
