The DURAG D-R 290 AW2 is an optical transmission monitor designed for continuous, contactless measurement of dust and opacity in dry flue and process gases at medium to high concentrations. It exceeds EPA and ASTM standards and is suitable for official emission monitoring.

Measurement Principle: Optical transmission (double-pass)

Dust Concentration: 0 – 80 mg/m³ (max. 4000 mg/m³)

Opacity: 0 – 100%

Extinction (optical density): 0 – 2.0

Temperature Range: -40°C to +60°C (installation), up to 1000°C for sample gas

Outputs: 1x 4–20 mA analog, 2x digital NC/NO, RS485 Modbus RTU, USB

Protection Class: IP65
