The Micropilot FMR56 is designed for light-duty process conditions in silos or bins for solids. It is used for continuous, non-contact level measurement of powdery to granular bulk solids. Dust, filling noises, temperature layers, and gas layers do not affect the measurement.

The Micropilot FMR56 provides reliable measurements in extremely dusty conditions or with media prone to build-up. The device operates at a 26 GHz K-Band frequency and is equipped with a PP-cladded horn antenna
