GEMÜ 1435 ePos is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner designed for accurate and reliable control of pneumatically actuated process valves. It is suitable for single acting or double acting actuators with linear (max. 30/50/75 mm) or quarter turn (max. 90°) valves. Using an external travel sensor, it continuously monitors the actual valve position and sends the necessary pneumatic signals to the actuator based on the setpoint, ensuring the valve is held in the desired position.

Its robust aluminum housing, protected operating keys, and LCD display allow for easy adjustment and adaptation to process requirements. Integrated throttles enable the setting of travel times. NAMUR connection and mounting are possible. It features advanced functions such as automatic initialization, stroke limiter, seal adjuster, selectable characteristic curve, and fail-safe position.
