GESTRA BAE 46 is a control valve designed for continuous blowdown, driven by an electric motor. The abbreviation "BAE" stands for "Blowdown Automatic Electric," indicating its capability to integrate with automatic control systems. This valve automatically opens when the solid content in the boiler water increases and discharges a specific amount of boiler water (blowdown). This discharge prevents the buildup of deposits on the internal surfaces of the boiler and avoids excessive water concentration.
