The HIOKI 3196 Power Quality Analyzer is designed to measure and analyze electrical parameters in three-phase systems. It records voltage, current, harmonics, sags, swells, and flicker events with high precision. Compliant with IEC61000-4-30 standards, it is suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.
